Lead times
A made-to-measure garment is not stock. Your lead time is calculated per order from the real work in front of it — pattern drafting, cutting, sewing, finishing — and it tightens as the atelier records actual bench time.
- Signature knee-length jacket: 4–6 weeks from approved fit
- Reorders from saved fit memory: 2–4 weeks
- Peak season commissions may add one week

Carriers and tracking
Domestic commissions ship insured with signature on delivery. The moment a parcel is handed to the carrier, your tracking record updates and you can follow it from the tracking page.

International
We ship worldwide. Duties and import taxes are assessed by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. Write to the house before ordering if you need a landed-cost estimate.
