Made-to-measure is not returnable in the fast-fashion sense — so we correct instead. If the garment is not right, the house makes it right.

Alteration first

Because each piece is cut to your measurements, our remedy is correction rather than return. Within 30 days of delivery, tell us where the garment sits wrong and we schedule an alteration at no charge.

Unworn stock and blanks

Wholesale blanks and any non-personalised item may be returned unworn, with tags, within 14 days for a refund to the original payment method.

Faults

A construction fault is always ours. Send photographs to the house and we repair or remake, including return carriage.
