01
What does made-to-measure mean here?
One properly drafted house pattern, adjusted to your measurements and preferences, cut and sewn per order. It is not a stock size and it is not full bespoke from a blank sheet — it is the honest middle, and it fits.
02
How does payment work?
You may pay in full or place a deposit at checkout. The balance is taken before the garment ships. Prices are calculated from cloth, construction and labour, not from a markup table.
03
Where is it made?
In New York, through the house atelier and a vetted network of independent cutters, tailors and finishers who work against certified tech packs.
04
Can I reorder a piece I love?
Yes. Your approved configuration and fit are saved, so a reorder prefills the whole commission and skips straight to cloth selection.
